Avoid Energy Drinks for Children and Adolescents

Ending a long debate about the safety of supplement drink, experts from the American Academy of Pediatrics issued a recommendation that children and teens to avoid energy drinks consumption (energy drink) and only consume sports drinks to a minimum.
“Children never need energy drinks. These drinks contain caffeine and stimulants that are not nutritious content that is not necessary for children,” said Benjamin Dr.Holly Academy of Pediatrics.
